Directions The houses of Parliament
are on the north side of the Thames adjacent to Parliament Square. From Westminster Tube you will see Big Ben
across the road from you. Cross Bridge Street and skirt the houses of
parliament, keeping them to your left.
Bypass the first entrance, which is restricted to MPs vehicles. The second entrance, St. Stephen’s
entrance, is the public pedestrian entrance.
Bypass the tourist queue and go to the bottom of the steps, and wait
for the policemen to direct you in through security. State your meeting room, time and the host
MP if you know who it is. |
Notes
Meetings booked in
Committee Rooms can be “bumped” into other rooms at short notice. If this
happens, notices will be chalked outside the door and the committee corridor
clerks will be able to direct you to the new room. |
